A nyitrai káptalan bizonyítja, hogy előtte Zerdahel-i Benedek fia: Pál a maga és Péter meg Márton nevű édestestvérei nevében birtokrészüket a Nyitra megyei Layosfalwa helységben 12 magyar arany forintért elzálogosította Ilmer-i Pál trencséni főesperesnek és nyitrai kanonoknak.
