Lajos király meghagyja a nyitrai káptalannak, hogy Asszupataki Hencz Benedek özvegyét, Dorottyát, Családi Ferenc leányát, valamint Családi Ferenc Péter nevű fia leányának Annának és Szerdahelyi Györgynek gyermekeit: Andrást és Erzsébetet iktassa be Család, Kernye, Geszthe, Syghar birtokába.
