decimo octavo die introductionis sc. in festo beati Stephani regis et conf. A nyitrai káptalan jelenti, hogy II. Lajos király 1524. augusztus 23-i parancsának megfelelően Hencz Benedek özvegyét, Dorottyát Családi Ferenc leányát, és Családi Ferenc Péter nevű fia Anna leányának és Szerdahelyi Györgynek gyermekeit: Andrást és Erzsébetet a szomszédok jelenlétében ellentmondás nélkül beiktatta Család, Kernye, Geszthe, Syghar birtokába.
