A nyitrai káptalan bizonyítja, hogy előtte Zerdahel-i Jakab fia: László, János nevű édestestvére nevében is eltiltotta Zerdahel-i Pétert és Jánost, valamint e János Benedek nevű és más fiait, testvérük, néhai Zerdahel-i Lászlónak a nyitramegyei Kalmanfalwa, Nemechke és Zerdahel helységekben lévő részeinek elfoglalásától, a bevezetéstől a részek hasznai szedésétől. - Hátlapján rányomott pecsét töredékével.
