Zsigmond király meghagyja Wisontha-i János fia: János özvegyének és fiának: Istvánnak, hogy a Sarus megyei Gyurke, Buky és Iwan, a Heves megyei Visontha, Karachond, Adach, Kure, Iwaneghaz és két Dethk birtokokból az ország régi szokásai szerint neki járó részt minden peres eljárás nélkül (sine aliquo processu litigionario) Gyarmath-i Balázs fiának: Miklósnak adják ki. – Az oklevél jobb felső sarkában: Commissio propria domini regis.
