(3. die inquis., ti. f. VI. p. anunt. Virg.). A váci káptalan jelenti Zsigmond királynak, hogy 1413. március 29-én kelt parancsára Gyarmath-i Balázs fia: Miklós által Bechk-i (!) Lóránd fia: György ellen tett panasz ügyében Kazar-i Tamás királyi ember – Miklós karpap, káptalani kiküldött jelenlétében – Nógrád megyében vizsgálatot tartott, amely a mandátumban leírt panaszt igazolta.
