Peren-i Péter országbíró a Chehy-i István által országbírói levéllel képviselt Gyarmath-i Balázs fia: Miklós és fia: Kelemen ellenében Prybolch-i/Brybolch-i László fiát: Jánost, aki a turóc megyei Costhyan birtok iktatásának ellentmondása miatt a turóci konvent levele alapján ellene indított perben nem jelent meg, ha nem tudja magát igazolni, megbírságolja.
