Sáros megye hatósága bizonyítja, hogy Sáros várának Perényi Imre nádornak történt adományozása alkalmából kétségtelenné vált – megnevezett nemesek vallomása szerint -, hogy a Balpatakához tartozó Bernehegyet a balpataki nemesek minden akadály nélkül birtokolhatják.
