Sáros megye hatósága bizonyítja, hogy Balpatakai György bizonyos balpatakai birtokrészt azzal a feltétellel bocsátott vissza Babay Máténak s Zsófia nevű feleségének, (Balpataky János felesége, Katalin leányának) s nevezett János fiának Ferencnek, hogyha el akarnák zálogosítani, akkor csak neki zálogosíthatják el.
