Lajos királynak, hogy 1521. május 1-én kelt parancsának megfelelően Balpathaky Györgyöt és Mihályt a Boldizsár sóvári plébánostól kapott Alsó- és felsőbalpathaki birtokrészekbe a szomszédok jelenlétében ellentmondás nélkül beiktatta.
