A szepesi káptalan Zsigmond király 1423. szeptember 11-i oklevelére jelenti, hogy a vizsgálat beigazolta Wywarosi másként Malomfalvi Literatus János vádját Salgo Péter és György familiárisa ellen, aki őt megtámadta, megverte s majdnem megölte.
