A nyitrai káptalan jelenti II.Ulászló királynak, hogy 1496.szept. 12-e előtt kelt parancsára az Antal nyitrai püspök, felperes részére engedélyezett perújításra a Parwcza possessióban lakó Forys alperest – iratai bemutatása céljából – Szent Mihály nyolcadára inszinuációval a királyi perszonális jelenlét elé perbe idézték. – Papír – Zárópecsét h. – Regeszta forrása: OL regeszta (Ila).
