A leleszi konvent bizonyítja, hogy Baktha-i Gergely fia János Pálóczi László országbíró oklevele szerint az oklevél keltének napján 50 nemessel, eskütársaival Kallo-i Lewkes Miklós fia János ellenében letette az esküt arra vonatkozóan, hogy sem saját sem testvére, Balázs birtokában nincsenek Semyen és Ponyola birtokokra vonatkozó oklevelek. Szöveg alatt szakadozott. Hátlapján rányomott pecsét nyoma. LELESZI KONVENT
