A győri káptalan előtt a Guthadkarcha-i nemesek, egyrészt: Mihály fia János, ennek fiai Ágoston és Mihály, Feketének mondott Mihály unokája Albert, másrészt: Mátyás fia Tamás és Lyertheied-i Barthal Balázs, harmadik részről: Péter fia András a Gutakarcha-t illető a királyi udvarban is megfordult perben a felek megegyeznek abban, hogy a birtokra vonatkozó eddigi okleveleket érvénytelennek tekintik és a birtokot három egyenlő részre felosztják az oklevélben elmondottak szerint.
