A váci káptalan bizonyítja, hogy előtte Marczal-i Péter tiltakozott az ellen, hogy Nógrád megyei Eghazashalap possessiót, melynek harmadrésze megvételre az ország törvényei szerint őt illetné, Marczal-i Oth fia Albert Thwrocz-i István fia Jánostól megvásárolta és erre vonatkozólag turóci konventtől ”fraudulenter” bizonyságlevelet is szerzett, majd pedig ez után ezt a birtokot Lypto-i Péternek ismét eladta; egyben mind az eladást, mind a megvételt eltiltja.
