A sági konvent bizonyítja, hogy előtte Baasth-i Vydar Balázs fia János maga, meg név szerint felsorolt fiai meg testvére nevében a Gömör megyei Baasth possessióban levő részüknek a maguk részére történő elidegenítésétől Bercz Lestákot és Orros Albertet meg mindenki mást eltiltott. Két részre szakadva, hajtásánál rongált és hiányos. – Hátlapján kitöredezett rányomott pecsét. SÁGI KONVENT
