Ernwsth János zólyomi ispán és szlavón bán abba a perben, amelyben Zenthjakab-i Sthoz Frigyes indított a néhai Zobochyna-i Pers György ellen, mivel az – ahogy azt a nádor, az országbíró és a király vizsgálata is igazolta – Varasd megyei Zenthjakab birtokára tört és ott hatalmaskodott 18 éve, elrendeli, hogy Zobochyna-i Pers György özvegye Erzsébet ötvened magával tegyen esküt a maga tiszázására. – Két záró gyűrűspecsét – Regeszta forrása: OL regeszta (Érszegi) ERNUSZT JÁNOS SZLAVÓN BÁN
