A tihanyi konvent tanúsítja, hogy embere Péter őrtestvér és Péter oltárszolga jelentették, hogy Saagh-i Miklós fia András Wrs-i Mihály fia Miklós közötti Pezej birtokot illető perben András letette, Miklós pedig megtagadta az eskü letételét, ezért az őt választott társ sem esküdött.
