A székesfehérvári konvent előtt Magdolna, Vitális székesfehérvári polgár felesége és Zakchy Demeter szintén fehérvári polgár tanusítják, hogy Kallo-i Nagy Simon Kezelczes-i Nehéz László familiárisa, Erzsébet királynő várnagya ura nevében megadta Magdolnának azt a 30 forintot, amennyiért Kezelczes-i zálogba adta a Fejér megyei Seregeles birtokát, Magdolna asszony pedig da zálogban lévő birtokot vissza adta tulajdonosának.
