A budai káptalan tanúsítja, hogy I. Mátyás király 1476. aug. 30-án kelt parancsa értelmében jul. 10-n Kwthen-i Miklós és Chigler-i Benedek királyi emberek Balázs pap, a Krisztus Teste oltár igazgatója, a Fejér megyei Bathyan bdirtokba és az ottani vámba, Chabya, Polgar birtokokba, a deserta Somlyo birtokba, a Somogy megyei Zamard, Zabas, a két Athaad, Ethwes, Baraty birtokokba, a Lapoch-i földdarabba beiktatták Bathyan-i Boldizsárt és társait Depregh-i DHwzar Péter, Petherfalwa-i Ewthen György, és más szomszédok jelenlétében.
