Körös megye tanusítja, hogy Demeter győri püspök kérésére vizsgálatot tartottak, amelynek során kideritették, hogy három éve Ernusth János akkori szlavón bán a Körös megyei Dobrakwtha-i vár tartozékai közé tartozó megnevezett birtokrészeit a győri püspöknek jogtalan elfoglalt, majd annak halála után a fia és Zsigmond pécsi püspök kezére jutottak.
