A csázmai káptalan előtt Greben-i Herman László Berywoyzentiwan-i Mihálynak adja a saját Berywoyzenthiwan-i birtokrészét a tartozékaival együtt, Mihály pedig Lászlónak adja ugyancsak tartozékaival együtt a szintén Körös megyei Mecchenycze, Wyeghaz, Thamasowcz birtokokon lévő birtokrészeit. – A birtokosok és lakosok felsorolása! – Hártya, szakadt, gyűrött, foltos, egynegyede hiányzik. – Felfüggesztésére valló vágásban kék-zöld selyemfoszlány. – Regeszta forrása: OL regeszta (Érszegi).
