A csázmai káptalan Bátori István kérésére kiküldte embereit, hogy meghallgassák Capitanfy György és András, valamint Deche-i Roh László egyezségét. A megegyezésésük értelmében a következő vasárnapon Beriwoyzenthiwan-on összejönnek és hat bírót választanak, akik a köztük fennálló vitás kérdésekben döntenek és az eredményt registrumba foglalva megküldik Gudowcz-i Péter mesternek, szlavón ítélőmesternek. – Papír – Hátlapján ovális pecsét nyoma – Regeszta forrása: OL regeszta (Érszegi) CSÁZMAI KÁPTALAN
