Zápolyai Imre nádor előtt Zenthmyhal-i Palfy Bálint Bathyan-i Boldizsár nevében a somogyi konvent vizsgálati-idéző-értesítő levele szerint megjelenve Kezelczes-i László ellenében előadta, hogy László Boldizsár Babon, Felsewgal, Lywlya, Zewles Somogy megyei birtokokon levő részeit elfoglalta. Bothka-i Jakab László nevében azt állította, hogy a birtokokra oklevelekre alapozott jussa van.
