A csázmai káptalan előtt PalichnaZenthpeter-i Mixich Simon lánya, Katalin, PalichnaZenthpeter-i Kozawecz János felesége – magára véve leánya, Magdolna terhét is – 5 lakott jobbágytelkét, amelyek a Körös megyei Vezowcz-ban, Pothochyancz-ban, Dersywoicz-ban, Czirkowcz-ban és Belyncz-en fekszenek és az oklevélben megjelölt jobbágyok lakják őket, 62 arany forintért eladja Greben-i Hermani László alnádornak. – Vörös pecsétzsinór. – Regeszta forrása: OL regeszta (Bándi) CSÁZMAI KÁPTALAN
