A csázmai káptalan előtt Pezyedolcz-i Péter – magára vállalva leánya Katalin, Erwencze-i János felesége terhét – a Körös megyei Pezyedolcz birtokot a Pezyedolcz-i nemesi kúriával, a Dobrakwcha birtokon levő szőlővel, a Woykowcz-i Szent Kereszt egyház kegyuraságával, s a néhai Vid (fia) János Pezyedolcz-i kastélyrészével együtt 300 arany forintért eladja Greben-i Hermani László alnádornak és Batthyan-i Boldizsár Kewzewgh-i kapitánynak. – Alul függőpecsétre utaló bevágások. – Regeszta forrása: OL regeszta (Bándi) CSÁZMAI KÁPTALAN
