A csázmai káptalan tanusítja, hogy Egervári László dalmát, horvát és szlavon bán parancsára Chernareka-i Gáspár báni ember György pap, csázmai káptalan és prebendárius előtt febr.12-én Josaffy László és fia: György Cristallowcz, Rassthyancz, Zobochina, Laazkothy, Bankfalwa, Mikthowcz, Hozywhegh, Hoholthowcz birtokokon levő részei 1/3-ába Lipyncz-i és Palichna-i Zewld Antal és más szomszédok – köztük Ilona, Batthyan-i Boldizsár felesége – jelenlétében beiktatták Tharko Antalt és feleségét Katalint. – Hártya – Piros-kék pecsétzsinór – Regeszta forrása: OL regeszta (Bándi) CSÁZMAI KÁPTALAN
