A csázmai káptalan jelenti Kanizsai László dalmát, horvát és szlavón bánnak, hogy Hedrihowcz-i Zewld István báni ember Gudowcz-i Miklós mester csázmai kanonok előtt ápr. 16.-án kivizsgálta a mandátumban foglalt panaszt, majd Egerwara-i László Belyncz-en, Budor Balázs fia Kristófot Budrowcz-on, ápr. 17.-én Vgronffy Gergelyt Hrasthyancz-on, Deche-i Rohffy Mátyást Zader-en, Berschyanowcz-i Thurbeltus /fia/ Miklóst Bancz-on megidézte a bán elé a körösi székre Szent György nyolcadára. – A hátoldalon perbeli feljegyzések. – A hátoldalon zárópecsét nyoma. – Regeszta forrása: OL regeszta.
