A pécsi káptalan előtt Zsigmond pécsi püspök és fivére, Chakthornya-i Ernusth János Thurron-i Fodan Kristóffal az alábbi szerződést kötik: Zsigmond és János 3 birtokukat Kardonocz, Vowabowicz, Tettonocz Zala megyei birtokokat a püspök halála és János utódok nélküli elhunyta esetére Kristófra hagyják, akinek viszont utódok néküli halála esetén 4 birtoka: Thurren, Herkodincz, Mythklowycz, Krysseskoth Zsigmondra és Jánosra szállnak. – Regeszta forrása: OL regeszta (Bándi).
