A pécsi káptalan előtt Zsigmond pécsi püspök és fivére, Chakthornya-i Ernusth János és Thurren-i Fodan /dictus/ Kristóf megállapodnak abban, hogy a püspök halála és János örökös nélkül történő elhunyta esetén 3 birtok, a Zala megyei Kardoncz, Nowakowycz, Thettoncz Kristófra száll, akinek örökös nélküli elhunyta esetén 4 Zala megyei birtok, ugyanis Thwrren, Herkodincz, Mythklowycz, Krysseskwth a püpökre és fivérére szállnak. – Regeszta forrása: OL regeszta (Bándi).
