I.Mátyás király előtt Chakthornya-i Ernusth János a maga és fivére, Zsigmond pécsi püspök, valamint Thursen-i Fodan Kristóf nevében bemutatja a pécsi káptalan 1490. január 15-én kelt oklevelét a köztük Kardanocz, Nowabowicz, Tettonocz, illetve Thurren, Herkodincz, Mythklowicz, Kriszeskwth birtokokról /Zala m./ kötött szerződésről. A király hozzájárul az abban foglaltakhoz és a Thurrne s a másik három birtokon levő minden jogot a püspökre és fivérére ruház. – Pecsétzsinór. – Regeszta forrása: OL regeszta (Bándi).
