Corvin János herceg, dalmát, horvát, szlavón bán megfontolva Barthos Bertalan varasdi polgár szolgálatait és vele szemben különböző posztókért fennálló 150 arany forint tartozását, neki és általa fiainak: Miklósnak, Istvánnak, Mártonnak Varasd megyében Varasd vár tartozékaiból Gayancz birtokot adományozza. – Az oklevél szövege alá nyomott pecsét papírfelzettel. – Regeszta forrása: OL regeszta (Bándi).
