A csázmai káptalan jelenti Kanizsai György dalmát, horvát, szlavón bánnak, hogy Zwlichyncz-i Zwlicza János nádori ember Metis-i Gergely pap csázmai prebendárius jelenlétében szept. 7.-én vizsgálatot tartott, majd Batthyan-i Boldizsárt Markowcz faluban jobbágya, Kelemen által megidézte Szent Mihály ünnepe előtti 15. napra a bán elé a körösi székre. – Regeszta forrása: OL regeszta (Bándi).
