II. Ulászló király Rohoncz mezővárosnak. Mivel uruk, Pankyrher György meghalt, s így a Szent Koronára szálltak, Zele Antal királyi aulicust küldi a mezőváros átvételére és megparancsolja, hogy neki minden lehetségesben engedelmeskedjenek. – A szöveg alá nyomott pecsét papírfelzettel. – Regeszta forrása: OL regeszta (Bándi).
