A kapornaki konvent tanúsítja, hogy Zenthandras-i Monthor János királyi ember és Benedek pap hiteles ember szept. 21-én Turren, Herkodyncz, Alythklowycz, Krisseskwth birtokokba a név szerint felsorolt szomszédok jelenlétében beiktatták Zsigmond (pécsi) püspököt és Ernusth Jánost. – Polyah-i Ispan Péter, Zech-i Tamás Lethenye-i officiális, Elwed-i Ambrus, Fadan Kristóf Thoron várnagya. – Alul függőpecsétre utaló bevágások. – Regeszta forrása: OL regeszta (Bándi).
