A budai káptalan jelenti II. Ulászló királynak, hogy Ibran-i István mester, a királyi kúriából kiküldött királyi ember Balázs karpap, mint hiteles ember jelenlétében dec. 4-én (Lossoncz-i) Zsigmondot figyelmeztette a Warbo-i birtokrészért (Nógrád m) járó zálogösszeg felvételére, amire Zsigmond azt felelte, hogy rövid időn belül odamegy és ha maga a birtokrészt kiváltani nem tudja, mással váltatja ki. – A hátoldalon rányomott pecsét maradványai. – Regeszta forrása: OL regeszta (Bándi).
