A csázmai káptalan jelenti Kanizsai László dalmát, horvát és szlavón bánnak, hogy Sapharych György báni ember Bálint pap csázmai prebendárius előtt dec. 28-án kivizsgálta a mandátumban foglalt panaszt, majd Batthyan-i Boldizsárt és Greeben-i László özvegyét, Orsolyát Kwthanye birtokon, Janko Wydwar-i várnagyot tisztsége helyéről Rosthewcz-en megidézte a bán elé a körösi székre Vízkereszt nyolcadára. – A hátoldalon zárópecsét nyoma. – Regeszta forrása: OL regeszta (Bándi).
