Körös megye Bathyan-i Boldizsár Jaycza-i bán kérésére kiküldte Kamarya-i Witez György szolgabírót Krixich Boldizsár és Krixich Antal Stephkowcz-i jobbágyok eskütételére, akik ápr. 29-én a Popwd-i Mindenszentek egyházban tettek esküt arra, hogy János volt Stephkowcz-i, Berschanowcz-i Thurbelthy Miklsó Berschanowcz vára tartozékain élő jobbágy kezesei, annak személyéért, 3 tehenéért, 2 marhájáért, továbbá hogy a kezesi óvadékot nem tették le. – A hátoldalon 3 rányomott pecsét nyoma. – Regeszta forrása: OL regeszta (Bándi).
