A budai káptalan előtt Sary-i Balázs fia Zsigmond özvegye, Anasztázia nyugtatja Inarcz-i Miklós deák nemest hitbére és jegyajándéka tekintetében a Pest megyei Sary birtok, Mantheleke puszta, Gyal Esew, Zwdakhaza, Inarcz, Maglod, Chanad birtokok, a Fejér megyei Solt széki Byal, Kapwsa, Peregzenthkyral, Dab,Ordashaza birtokok, Zenthpathewfelde puszta, a Csongrád megyei Bewld, Heykod, Zanthothelek, Zeeg birtokok, SapEghaz és Kewrthwelberek puszták, a Csanád megyei Zenthkyral birtok után. – A hátoldalon rányomott pecsét nyoma. – Regeszta forrása: OL regeszta (Bándi).
