Buda. 17. Octobria. II. Ulászló király Bathyan-i Albert fia András fia Boldizsár, Bathyan-i László lánya, Margit és Alap-i András fia, Benedek részére átírja és megerősíti I. Mátyás király 1476. aug. 30-án kelt adománylevelét és a budai káptalan 1477. július 16-án kelt beiktatólevelét, amelyek a Fejér megyei Bathyan birtokra és az ottani vámra, Chabya, Polgar, Somlyo birtokokra, továbbá a Somogy megyei Zamard, Zabas, a két Athaad, Ewthwes, Barathy birtokokra s a Lapoch-i földdarabra vonatkoznak.
