A vasvári káptalan jelenti Perényi Imre nádornak, hogy Kemesmal-i Bálint királyi ember Kwthos-i Benedek mester vasvári kanonok mint hiteles ember jelenlétében ápr. 6-án Vas megyében vizsgálatot tartott a nádori parancslevélben foglalt panasz ügyében, majd ápr. 7-én Pwlhamar Szifridet és Iwnkher Péter familiárist Nagnarda birtokról megidézte a panaszos ellen a nádor elé az idézéstől számított 32. napra, meghagyva egyben Szifridnek, hogy vétkes jobbágyait állítsa elő. – A hátoldalon zárópecsét nyoma. – Regeszta forrása: OL regeszta (Bándi).
