A fehérvári káptalan előtt Balázs Bathyan-i officiális Bathyan-i Boldizsár és Zerdahel-i Dersfy Miklós nevében tiltakozik amiatt, hogy a fehérvári keresztes konvent az elmúlt napokban a Thethwsewyna districtus és Razohatecz kastély s az ezekhez tartozó mezővárosok, falvak, birtokok, birtokrészek /Körös és Zágráb m./, továbbá a Körös megyei Schwchye-i birtokrész tekintetében Grabaria-i Beryzlo Ferenc ellen tett tiltakozásról az oklevelet valami okból nem akarta kiadni. – A hátoldalon rányomott pecsét. – Regeszta forrása: OL regeszta (Bándi).
