Somoghwar. II. p. Invocavit. Perényi Imre nádor meghagyja a budai káptalannak, hogy a felsorolt nádori emberek egyikével Kerezthwr-i Miklóst és feleségét, Krisztinát vezessék be birtokcsere jogcímén Enyng-i Therek Imre NaghMaroth birtokába, Kysmaroth-i, Nyr-i birtokrészeibe és Baya-i puszta részébe. Eredeti, papír, a hátoldalon zárópecsét maradványai.
