Lajos király a Tamás esztergomi bíborosérsek, mint felperes, Zalonok-i Fladnycher Vid, a felesége, Borbála és Zalonok-i Pankyrher Vilmos özvegye, Margit, mint alperesek között folyó perben a Jakab apostol ünnepére kitűzött rövid oktávokon Óbudai Ferenc deák (litteratus) prókátor által bemutatott II. Ulászló király által 1513. március 11-én Budán kibocsátott ítéletlevelet átírja Vidék prókátora, Pothyond Lőrinc kérésének megfelelően.
