Lajos király Naghlwche-i Phylep Lászlónak a Bwdafalwa-i Pongor Orbán, Albert, Kelemen, Egyed és Dénes, valamint Wermes György után királyi kézre szállt Pozsony megyei és másutt fekvő birtokokat (a nevezettek Budaffalwa-i Wermes György nemesi házában kardot rántottak egymásra) – adományozza.
