Tolna mezőváros. S. p. Decoll. Joh. Bapt. II. Lajos király Batthyány Ferenc királyi pohárnokmesternek a Somogy megyei Lak kastélyt vagy erődöt, a Veszprém megyei Ennyng és a Tolna megyei Edelyn birtokon levő nemesi házakat és más birtokrészeket adományozza, melyek Héderváry Ferenc nándorfehérvári bán hűtlensége folytán királyi kézre háramlottak. A nevezett bán ugyanis gondatlansága miatt elveszítette Nándorfehérvár várat. Eredeti, papír, szöveg alá nyomott papírfelzetes gyűrűspecsét.
