Prága vár. IV. p. Exaltacionis crucis. II. Lajos király megparancsolja Báthori István nádornak és kir. helytartónak, hogy a Berzencze-i Bornemyzza János pozsonyi ispán és budai várnagy részére Zolonok-i Fladnyczer Viddel szemben hozott ítéletet hajtassa végre. Eredeti, papír, foltos, az oklevél szövege alá nyomott papírfelzetes pecsét.
