Vas megye tanúsítja, hogy Bornemiza János királyi kincstartó kérésére kiküldte Hollos-i Mihály szolgabírót, aki aug. 26-án a megyében vizsgálatot tartva megtudta, hogy az elmúlt napokban Polhamar Márk és felesége, Borbála, valamint Pankirher Vilmos özvegye, Margit Rohoncz tartozékainak elfoglalása után a jobbágyokat fél forinttal megadóztatták, Bosok és Zerdahel birtokokat fél forinttal adóztatták, ugyanott 1 ökröt levágattak. – A hátoldalon 4 rányomott pecsét nyoma. – Regeszta forrása: OL regeszta (Bándi).
