A vasvári káptalan jelenti Vingárti Geréb Péter nádornak, hogy Gozthon-i Beed György nádori ember Pesth-i Benedek mester vasvári kanonok jelenlétében dec. 5-én hétfőn vizsgálatot tartott, majd a Zalonok-on lakó Polhamar Szigfridet és feleségét, Borbálát, Zalonok-i Pankirher Vilmos lányát, valamint az utóbbi özvegyét, Margitot Welegey birtokból megidézte Berzencze-i Bornemyza János királyi kincstartó ellen az idézéstől számított 32. napra a nádor elé. – A hátoldalon perbeli feljegyzés.- Zárópecsét nyoma. – Regeszta forrása: OL regeszta (Bándi).
