IV. Nonas Januarii. I. Lajos király Miklós, zágrábi püspök, királyi alkancellár kérésére és bemutatásában átírja saját pátens formában kiállított, s nagy autentikus pecsétjén kívül a saját és felesége gyűrűspecsétjével is megerősített oklevelét Tornduruzmata, Wosuereuzek, Ledesfoua, Werusuarfelde, Zygeth, Vas megyei birtokok adományozásáról és anyja, Erzsébet királyné, valamint a főpapok és bárók hozzájárulásával megerősíti az oklevelet.
